The Shot Blasting Process for Steel Gates
Containment — we set up containment sheeting around the gate to collect spent abrasive.
Blasting — we blast all surfaces to Sa 2.5, including joints, hinges and decorative detail.
Clean-up — all spent abrasive is collected and removed from site.
Priming — we recommend priming within 4 hours to prevent flash rusting.
