Shot blasting before inspection reveals the true condition of the substrate — removing all coatings and contamination so that cracks, corrosion pits and weld defects can be properly assessed by NDT (non-destructive testing) engineers.
We provide both on-site blasting (mobile units) and workshop blasting at our facility. For large or immovable equipment, on-site blasting is the most practical option.
