Floor shot blasting prepares concrete, screed and industrial floors to the precise surface profile (CSP) required for epoxy, polyurethane and resin floor coating systems. Our self-contained machines profile the floor surface without wet slurry, dust sheets or drying time.
We achieve CSP 1–6 depending on your coating specification. The ICRI Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) scale defines the texture from CSP 1 (smooth, like fine sandpaper) to CSP 10 (very rough, like exposed aggregate). Most floor coatings require CSP 2–4.
Our closed-loop shot blasting machines collect all spent shot and dust. No wet slurry is produced — the floor is ready for coating immediately after blasting.
